We are hosting another Street Medicine Outreach in partnership with CityLink, a growing partner with a strong presence in Fontana. This will be a smaller team, but just as impactful. Tuesday, 12/16/2025. If you are starting vacation early, we would love for you to join us.

About the event
We are excited to partner again with CityLink for an upcoming Street Medicine Outreach. CityLink is a developing partnership with a significant presence in Fontana, and this outreach will focus on meeting individuals where they are and providing direct, compassionate care in the community.
This will be a smaller outreach team, but the impact will be meaningful and focused. If you are beginning your vacation early, this is a great opportunity to serve and make a difference.
