redefineD is developing a structured Medical Operations and Resource Division to support street medicine outreach, medical tents, homeless clinics, mission work, and community care initiatives. This division exists to ensure that volunteers and clinicians are properly equipped with medical, dental, hygiene, nutritional, and operational supplies while maintaining stewardship, accountability, organization, and sustainability.
The division combines:
Medical supply coordination
Community partnerships
Grant and donation stewardship
Storage management
Financial tracking and accountability
Strategic resource development
This role is intentionally interdisciplinary and operational. It bridges medicine, nonprofit leadership, logistics, fundraising, and community collaboration.

Core leaders at Western University, supported by gapyr, UCR, CBU, and others, are driven by a vision to assist and support the community, focusing on food insecurity and nutrition to make a meaningful impact. They organize and lead volunteers to establish a sustainable structure for the academic year 2026 to 2027. Their tasks may include developing resources related to food insecurity, such as food stamps, financial assistance for food, access to food pantries, meal programs, and connections to churches offering food assistance. Key leaders include God's Pantry and Purpose Church. Meetings are held with directors, representing Doctor Peter Leung, to strengthen their efforts in this space.
(in my conversation with Pastor Mike, he wanted to make sure we were not pushing out some of his own leaders and that we were working together not overtaking desired roles).
